We're excited to celebrate together! The dress code is dressy casual, so wear whatever makes you feel your best. We have provided a colour palette and dress code definitions for inspiration if you need help getting started:

Venue Parking / Transportation
The Hotel has underground parking available to all guests. The parking rate is $14.00 per day for event/meeting attendees, and overnight parking is $19.00 per night. Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. Additional parking may be found in close proximity to the Hotel in public parking lots and city-metered parking spots. Parking is height restricted to 6'7”.
Getting to the Parkside Hotel & Spa From the Airport (YYJ) By Car or Taxi: 35 min, via Highway 17. Taxis wait curbside and are available on arrival. By Bus: Routes 87 or 88 run from the airport into downtown. It’s the budget-friendly choice—just $2.50 per ride or $5 for a day pass (exact cash or via the Umo app). From Swartz Bay Ferry By Bus: Catch BC Transit’s #70 or #72 right outside the terminal to downtown—arrives in about 30–47 minutes. About the same fare structure as the airport bus. By Taxi/Ride‑Share: 30–40 min to downtown; expect around $70–100 CAD total. By Bike: The Galloping Goose Trail offers a scenic 45-minute ride to downtown. To the Hotel from Downtown The hotel is a short walk from multiple bus stops (2–6 min), including Fairfield Rd at Blanshard St and Douglas St at Humboldt.
